Circus

We took the kids to the circus. Jackson liked it I think. Claire was unimpressed. I, of course, missed the girl face planting during one of the acrobatic things since I was messing with the camera.

Is it wrong that I was hoping the lion would maul the guy?

Or maybe at least one of the elephants would trample this guy?

too big too quick

She slept from about 10pm to 6am last night. Fortunately, she's a noisy sleeper--lots of honking, grunting, snoring, sighing, stretching, etc--so her parents didn't have to wake up in a panic.

She seems bigger everyday! She'll stand on her feet if we balance her, and she just seems so much stronger and more interactive with each passing day. It's fun watching her do new things, but I wish she'd stay little just a wee bit longer.

Jackson likes to give her hugs and kisses. I'll take that over the eventual hair-pulls and pinches.

Surely he's not going to do something naughty

He's quite fond of helping giving her a bath. One day we'll get him to understand that she doesn't like water in her eyes.
