Easter

We went to a local park for a 50,000-egg hunt & had my parents over for brunch. Jackson did pretty well for himself.

How this church filled 50,000 eggs with candy is totally beyond me. 

After the hunt, Jackson detoured us to Renaissance Park. Weeks ago, he and Grandpa played at this park and slid down the hill on cardboard boxes. Jackson wanted to try again, but the grass was too damp.

 Danny tried to help.

Claire stayed home & napped with Grandma. She was happy to see everyone come back.

bath time

A couple weekends ago, Danny wanted to do some work out in the yard. Naturally, Jackson wanted to help. He loves to help. After getting quite smelly & dirty, the boys decided to get in the bath tub. Then, Claire joined them...

The doctor says...

...Claire is 14 lbs and 23 1/2 inches.
...that she's meeting all of her developmental milestones.
....and that her eyes are "blue blue" and will stay this color.

Mom says...
...if she's going to get this big, someone else is going to have to start carrying her.
...with her having the rest of her Daddy's coloring and complexion, I bet she has brown eyes within a few months.

ETA: I just de-tagged her 3-6 month size clothes so I can wash them. We're in the process of putting away all the 0-3 stuff. It makes me kind of sad.
